
SPECIAL BOOK ORDERS
BOOK ORDERING POLICY
We’re happy to place special orders for books we don’t currently have on our shelves. However, due to limited space for holding items, the following policy applies:
Full payment is required before any order is placed. We will not process unpaid or pending requests.
Once your book arrives, it will be held for up to 3 weeks from the date of notification. After that, it will be returned to store inventory, and no refunds or store credit will be issued.
Shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you’d like your book mailed instead of picked up in-store.
ORDERING PROCESS
In-Store Requests: Let us know what you’re looking for! We’ll check availability and pricing if eligible and prepare an invoice for you. Once paid in full, your book will be ordered, and we’ll notify you when it arrives. Pickup is expected within 3 weeks unless shipping is requested.
Online Requests: Email Krystal at krystal@twistedbookstore.com with your book request. Please include:
· Title, author, and format *include ISBN if you can
· Whether you want in-store pickup or shipping
· If requesting shipping, include your full mailing address
· Your name and contact info
Please allow 3–5 business days to determine availability and respond with next steps. If the book is available for order, you will receive confirmation and an invoice.
No books will be ordered until the item is paid in full.
